LA RESERVA DE CURIÑANCO (Valdivia, CHILE)

Project description:

Group of Chilean-German investors.

Development of a luxury complex on the Pacific Ocean, containing 56 individual lots of at least 5000m2, a private natural park and all services and facilities required for total comfort.

Aimed at international premium market buyers and investors.

We received the contract in April 2008, and are now fully responsible for its management, which so far has included:

Initial feasibility study, location choice, draft of the project´s master plan.
Investment management: legal issues, capital export, fiscal planning.
Local company foundation, banking and optimization of cash management between the currency of origin and the Chilean Peso.
Purchase negotiations, sales structure, coordination of local fiscal and legal advisory.
Sales management, marketing, online presence.
Property Administration.

CASA DORADA (Altea Hills, SPAIN)

Project description:

Group of investors from the Netherlands.

Development of a pool of 6 luxury villas in “Altea Hills”.

Aimed at the international premium market.

East West Invest received the contract at the beginning of 2007, when the project had already been running for 2 years:

Assessment of the financial situation.
Financial short and long term planning: cost control and negotiation with banks.
Cash flow management.
Administrative and technical control of the constructions.
